Handkerchief of white silk. A red and blue American flag is printed in the center, with an inscription printed in blue on the stripes of the flag: "For President / WM. MCKINLEY, / of Ohio. / For Vice-President / GARRET A. HOBART / of New Jersey." William McKinley was elected President of the U.S. in 1896 and re-elected in 1900. Garret A.
